I’ve been leasing with Philly Office Retail for over 8 years now and I wouldn’t feel comfortable with any other company! Getting my first property was extremely overwhelming but they made the experience a smooth process.

I began looking for my second location once my company grew too big for the location we were in. I was so eager to expand I made the mistake of getting a property with another company and the experience was not a good one. The other company wasn’t as knowledgeable and professional as the staff at Philly Office Retail. They didn’t have Je’Juan to help me with my questions or to take all of my calls whenever I needed. They didn’t have an architect as knowledgeable as Kyle and they didn’t have a maintenance team or a Betsy to handle my issues and building needs. Philly Office Retail has an awesome crew!

Now that I have two properties with them, I’m looking forward to longevity and becoming a positive impact in the Germantown and Mt. Airy communities.
